When Yuna's Nirvana is fully "powered up" one of its features is "Break Damage Limit". That means, when Nirvana is equipped, it is possible for Yuna to inflict damage on a battled fiend in excess of 9999 Hit Points on any given turn. Short answer: no. not without cheating. Although, it is possible to kill enemies with more than 9,999 HP in one hit without cheating. There is a glitch called "overflow" where the damage done before the 9,999 damage cap reaches such a high level that it actually resets the damage indicator causing "negative damage". There are mods for the Final Fantasy 7 PC version that take it from arguably the worst version of the game to the best way to play while you’re waiting for the remake. How to Get FF7 Mods.
