Windows 10 updated and deleted my download file

Why does the Update assistant keep downloading the same files multiple times? I'm trying to update to Windows 10 Creators Update, once it gets 100%, that file I can't seem to find them anywhere. I turn on my laptop today, I open my downloaded folder and about 20Gb of files are just gone. Where could they be?
